Application Process
The admission process has 3 steps:
- The parent application form is completed and returned to the school office with the registration fee. Junior high and high school students should also complete the student application. To obtain these forms, you may call the office or download the forms below.
- Records from the previous school are requested by the parents and sent to FCS using the Authorization to Release Records form provided below.
- Parents and student(s) may interview with school administration to determine if enrollment is appropriate.
